On Friday, August 16, CamEd Audit Club was honored to successfully conducted a field visit to Cambodia International Airport. It was a great opportunity to gain such valuable experience from the session sharing. It enable our members to gain in-depth understanding about Cambodia International Airport and the benefits of the general outlooks which will be useful and practical in the workplace. We, CamEd Audit Club, would like to show our gratitude to Cambodia International Airport for their warm welcome during the field visiting.

With the support of CamEd Business School, on July 31st, CAC was very honored and delighted to conduct a study tour to Chip Mong Insee Cement in Kampot province. A sincere gratitude to Chip Mong Insee Company for giving us the golden opportunity to visit their prestigious factory and warmly welcoming us. During the tour, senior students get the chance to see and understand the cement making process as well as witnessing the beautiful scenario around the factory.

On Tuesday 16th July, 2019, CamEd Audit Club had conducted a field visit to  CIMB Cambodia  which has been operating in Cambodia since 2010. It was such an informational opportunity to listen to Mr. Heng Vuthy, Head of Strategy & Finance, sharing about his splendid experience in the finance industry. We, CamEd Audit Club, would like to show our gratitude toward CIMB Bank PLC for giving us such a tremendous opportunity.

CamEd Audit Club had successfully conducted a technical and delightful field visit at Ernst & Young (Cambodia) Ltd (EY) on 27th June. During the process, Mr. Hay Kimsiang, assistant of manager at EY had provided a meaningful speech about general knowledge of accounting, taxes, job opportunity and alot of successful experiences to CAC’s members. It was our greatest pleasure, and we would like to show our gratitude to Ernst & Young (Cambodia) Ltd (EY) for warmly welcomed us during the field visiting.

CamEd Audit Club was very delighted to conduct our first charity trip in 2019 at Kep province. We brought essential school materials to “សាលាបឋមសិក្សាកំពង់កែស” for the local children on the 28th April. On the 7th of April, CamEd Audit Club has successfully conducted a short field visit at  Krispy Kreme Cambodia . During the field visit, CAC’s members had witnessed and involved with the operating process of making Krispy Kreme donuts as well as tasting the deliciously and freshly made donuts out of the oven. It was our greatest pleasure, and we would like to show our gratitude to Krispy Kreme for warmly welcomed us, shared us the knowledge about their famous history and allowed us to experience such unforgettable moment.

On 15th November, CamEd Audit Club has successfully conducted a short field visit at Japan Embassy Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Ms. Kaori Tanabe, First Secretary, introduced the history of friendship between Japan and Cambodia in Khmer. Plus, CAC’s members tried Japanese traditional wear "Yukata" and listened to the explanation of MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship. It was our great pleasure and we would like to thank the Japan Embassy who warmly welcomed us and shared us knowledge, job opportunities and scholarship programs.

CAC is really grateful for Mr. Paul experience sharing session. We got both educational knowledge and real life knowledge from our respected lecturer. After that fruitful sharing session, we start to realize that practical experience is very useful to develop our future too. On behalf of audiences and CAC members, CAC would like to thank again to your valuable time.

Following the success of “The Speculation”, CAC took the privilege to conduct our first charity trip as we donated plenty of school materials to “Chong Haon Elementary School” for the local children and planted around 55 mangrove trees for our mother nature in Kampot province on this October 21st. Under the theme "Assurance and Control in Business Entity"

The CamEd Audit Club (CAC) orangized a workshop on, “CAT PASSING TRAIL” on May 6, 2018.

CamEd Audit Club (CAC) was very honored and delighted to conduct our field visiting in Wing (Cambodia) Limited Specialized Bank, which is Cambodia’s leading mobile banking service provider. The field visiting offered us to understand more related to company sector and get greater experiences from both guest speakers, Mr. Kaing Taing and Mr. Chhun Sophirum who provided their precious moments for sharing their experiences in the company. However, we also got an articulate speech related to internal auditing from the company which helps us to understand clearly about this career. In addition, CamEd Audit Club (CAC) members are very grateful to Wing (Cambodia) Limited Specialized Bank for offering us this precious opportunity and these valuable experiences.

This is the first time that CAC conducts a session sharing with Ms. Janice Ng, who teaches FMA Management Accounting and FAU Foundation in Audit. The valuable time sharing about her experiences in financial sectors and numerous practical informational knowledge for our club’s members have driven us to be more cognizant of the firm related to audit sector.  At last but not least, We would like to appreciate Ms. Janice Ng of her succors in this session sharing which offered us to get inspired and to be well prepared for a successful study and applying for a job. We, the whole member of CAC, are gleeful of this precious bestow sharing.

On behalf of every member in the club, CAC would like to express our deepest appreciation to Cambodia Brewery Limited (CBL) for inviting our members of the new generation to visit and learn many precious and practical lessons related to finance, auditing, marketing, business operation, and the manufacturing process of numerous local and international brands of beverages. Meanwhile, CAC was honored to witness the growth of CBL and we'd like to wish the company a more prosperous success in the future.

Yesterday, CAC was honored to conduct our first ever transition of the management team. We would like to appreciate every CAC alumni who had contributed their time and efforts into the development and growth of our club today, and simultaneously, congratulations to the new management team on their new journey. With the new potentials, CAC is confident that the club is paving its path toward further achievements!

        It was a prestige for our CamEd Audit Club to conduct our first field visiting in  PwC Cambodia , which is globally known as one of the Big Four in the accounting industry. Within the premise, our members were able to absorb many experiences and information relevant to the auditing procedure, working environment, culture and career development of the firm. At last but not least, we would like to appreciate  PwC Cambodia  sincerely for having granted us the precious opportunity to visit the firm and we wish you a more prosperous success within the industry.

         CAC was delighted to conduct the club’s first Mid-Year Assembly Meeting last Sunday, which involved a series of varied activities such as individual member’s personal knowledge sharing, team-bonding activities, strategic planning, and most importantly, featuring the debut of our club’s newly recruited members. Following the productive discussion and with the freshly added potentials, we believe the club will be able to grow in a much greater pace.

              On this October 3rd, CAC was very honored to be offered a precious opportunity to conduct a field visit at  Cambodia Brewery Limited  (CBL), which is a prominent firm in the beer industry in Cambodia in charge of many international and local brands such as Heineken, Tiger, and Anchor. During the visit, our members were able to absorb a cascade of experience and information relevant to the production chains, auditing overview and marketing strategies of the respective brand prod ucts along with the firm's management system from the corporate affairs manager Mr. Huy Vuthy. In addition, we were delightedly given the chance to tour inside the factory in order to witness the actual production process of beer.  “United As One"  It was an utter privilege for CamEd Audit Club to be invited as one of an active clubs in the "United As One" conference on this 30 September 2017 at CamEd Business School. The sharing from each club’s perspective towards enriching our students’ ability through distinguished extra academic activity was exceptionally astounding and inspiring. On top of that, CamEd Audit Club believes that though every club works on distinctive journey, each of us will always hold the culture of mutual understanding and integrated communications in which everyone comes, connects, learns and grows as a synergy altogether.  A huge thank for  CamEd Business School  for having us and big applause for  CamEd Student Government  for organizing this event!

         To be a very successful auditor, the first step is to understand about the nature of the business and the industry as a whole before going to audit a company.   A sincere gratitude to  G-Diamond  Company that provided us special opportunity to learn and experience Chinese conversation with operational managers in a whole process about this unique special industry, and share us the experiences in doing internal control checking up strategies to be prevented, control and corrective actions, and the most important thing is providing our members to realize the importance of multi languages in communication and the career potentiality relating to our skills and preparation to get successful in our future career.
